[How to make a reservation]


Our salon is by appointment only.


Currently, we accept reservations in the following ways.

[Cancellation period]


If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by business hours two days before the reservation (until 9pm on weekdays, 6pm on weekends and holidays).


Please contact us by phone, email, or LINE.


If you cancel the day before or on the day of the reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged.


[Cancellation fee]

If you cancel the day before, we will charge you 30% of the treatment fee.

If you cancel on the day of the reservation, we will charge you 50% of the treatment fee.


[Cancellation without contact]

If you cancel without contacting us, we will charge you 100% of the treatment fee.


[About late arrivals]

If you are late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.


We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you arrive after your reservation time, we may have to shorten the treatment time or refuse your appointment.


(Please note that even if we shorten part of the treatment, we will charge you the menu fee at the time of reservation.)


In addition, if you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we may have to cancel your reservation due to the convenience of subsequent customers.


In that case, we will charge 50% of the treatment fee as per the cancellation fee regulations.


[About refusal of visit]

We will refuse your visit if you are drunk.


In that case, we will charge 50% of the treatment fee if you cancel on the day, just as in the case of cancellation on the day.


[Regarding refusals to visit due to COVID-19 countermeasures]

As a COVID-19 countermeasure, our salon requires customers to take their temperature at reception.


At that time, we may refuse entry to customers with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or above, which is the guideline.


In such cases, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.


In addition, at the discretion of our staff, we may refuse entry or interrupt treatment if your coughing does not stop.


In the event of an interruption, we will charge you the amount based on the scheduled treatment time for the treatment up to that point.


We ask for your understanding in this matter as a countermeasure to prevent COVID-19 infection among customers and salon staff.
